Students who are not citizens of the United States of America may be admitted into a degree program if they meet all requirements and can demonstrate proficiency in the English language by presenting official records showing a minimum score of 600 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or a minimum score of 90 on the Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB). In addition, international students must show evidence of financial resources adequate to sustain monetary obligations in the United States and have the ability to secure the proper visa.
