HIRE DEAL
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN HIRE FEE
    - 350 standing capacity room + sound + security
    - One FOH engineer, from 4pm (or 3pm Sunday)
    - One lockable production office with wifi + telephone
    - A supply of towels (more than 5 at £2 per towel)
    - Use of our cashier box, with £200 float
    - SIA registered security (according to expected numbers, min 2)
    - Use of Cargo ticket account - we keep booking fee (+ vat where applicable)

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN HIRE FEE

VENUE HIRE (additional costs)
    - Late curfew £150 per additional hour

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT HIRE

FRONT OF HOUSE (on the night)
    - Cargo experienced Cashier £40 (£10 ph, 4 hr min)
    - Cargo experienced Guestlist £40 (£10 ph, 4 hr min)

BACK OF HOUSE (on the night)
     - Additional sound engineer, £135 per shift
     - Early load-in, £15 ph
     - Equipment set up or pack down £30 ph

DAMAGE/LOSS
    - Any damage to the venue or equipment will be charged for
    - Cargo is not responsible for any equipment left in ANY part of the venue

LOAD IN/OUT DETAILS
Cargo load in on Rivington Street
Load in at 3pm (Mon - Sat) or 2pm (Sun)
Load in/out limited to 20 minutes – you will be fined otherwise (double yellow lines)
For parking dispensation (Coach Parking) visit - www.hackney.gov.uk/parking
Load out limited to arch 1 only until close due to noise restrictions

POSTER SITES
We have 4 poster sites at Cargo which you may use during your event. These must be put up and taken
down by you.

FLYPOSTING
We must remind all promoters that fly posting is illegal under the Town and Country Planning
(Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.

Any promoter engaging in this act who gets reported to us by either the local council or otherwise will
be asked to remove it immediately and may be barred from any further promotions at Cargo.

CARGO BRANDING GUIDELINES
When referring to Cargo on marketing material please keep to a few simple guidelines:
      - Always use the Cargo logo (on a transparent background) as provided with contract + invoice
      - Where Cargo’s name or logo is used alongside other brands, Cargo reserves the right to
      approve the use of its name and logo in advance

Flyers and Promotional Material
        - All flyers & promo material must be proofed by claudio.l@cargo-london before going to print.
        - We reserve the right to a reprint at your expense if you go to print without our sign off
        - You must provide full ticketing information
        - You must provide venue & web address
        - Please send A3 posters and A6/A5 flyers to the venue once approved & printed
