Show Tasks in chronological order where possible, to assist matching of progress payments to Task delivery. What Outputs will result from these Tasks? Outputs should be quantified wherever possible (ie how many, how much?). There may be more than one Output for any given Task. All Outputs contained in the Brief must be shown List the Outcome numbers( from the Brief) that each Task will help to achieve When do you expect to deliver the output? This will need to be in terms of specific times (eg. weeks) from the signing of the contract, or specific dates if known. List the organisation/s or names of people who will assist you to deliver each task Allocate CMA funds (from the Brief) against each task Develop Project Team & Necessary Operational Resources (eg, partnerships, employees, sub contractors project office) Identify Stakeholder Needs (eg. needs analysis, formation of Project Reference Group) Strategically Plan the Project (eg. identification of priority sites, areas or issues, collaboration of known information) Promote Project To Community (eg. development of communication strategy, implementation of communication strategy) Manage Delivery Of On-Ground Works (eg. prioritise on-ground projects, develop site specific on-ground works, deliver on-ground works, review and maintain works) Monitor and Evaluate Project (eg. monitoring system, evaluation system, adaptive management system -feedback) Progress Reporting (progress reports provided, final report provided) Final Reporting (ie. data entered into BRS) Final Work Plans will be negotiated with each successful contractor and will form the basis for evaluation of project progress and progress payments based on the Contract.
