            d) free newspaper ads—St. Petersburg Times (3 lines) or Tampa Bay
               Newspapers (15 words)

         5. Dispose at Solid Waste Operations ($37.50/ton or flat rate for qualifying vehicles).
            a) Equipment must be empty of battery, gas, oil, and any other fluids.
            b) Riding lawn mowers or tractors are NOT accepted at Solid Waste Operations
               (see Vehicles).
