DCF Lease Appraisal Very general DCF appraisal. Optionally, handles leases that have indexation as well as rack-rented and stepped rents. Has Cap Value at end based on market rent. Timebase based on rental payment dates or regular budget periods. Has all usual BF stuff: partial periods, selectable daycount, rental payment timing, etc. Data validation on inputs.
