Exhibition space is shown in the floor plan. It is anticipated that the exhibition will be open from 7:45am on Monday 14 February 2005 until 3:00pm on 18 February 2005. Set up is anticipated to be from 2:00pm on Sunday 13 February 2005 and dismantling time is 3.00pm on Friday 18 February 2005. Shell scheme stand details are; Booth size 3 metre x 3 metre booth 2.4 metres high Company name on fascia Two 150 watt spotlights per 9.0 metres Two x 10 Amp PowerPoint per 9.0 metres The exhibition space rental (9.0 metres) also includes; • Exhibitor listing in Conference folders/manuals All exhibitors should register by completing the registration form and paying the registration fee. Cheques should be made payable to AXAA National Conference 2005. In the event of a cancellation, a $550.00 fee will apply to booths cancelled prior to 13 August 2004. After this date no refunds will be made unless space is resold, and in this event, a service fee of $550.00 will apply. Any booth not claimed and occupied by 8:00am on the 14 February 2005 will be reassigned without refund. The exhibition organisers reserve the right to rearrange the floor-plan if necessary. *Discounts are not available if shell scheme facilities are not required.
