8 Secrets To A Slim And Trim YOU! Part 1 Who doesn’t want a better body? Not too many people are truly satisfied with the ones they currently have. Either they want to lose some weight, gain some muscle, firm that butt or chisel that chest. For one thing it’s pretty hard and it takes a lot of discipline and dedication to really get the body you want. The biggest reason, I think, a lot of people find it really hard to get the body they want is that they don’t have all the right information. So in this article I’m going to give you some “secrets” on how to get a leaner and fit body. So let’s get started. Secret #1 – Consistently changing your workouts If you don’t change, you’re not going to see continuous gain. Sounds pretty simple doesn’t it? If you keep doing the same workout over and over, you’re body will adapt and just maintain the body you already have. Your body will show benefits at the beginning of every new workout, but as your body reaches its full potential using that workout then the changes will be minimal to none. Switch it up every 3-4 weeks to keep those results coming!
Secret #2 - Eat 5-6 meals everyday No more 3 meals a day for you. To keep your metabolism high throughout the day you need to consistently feed your body to keep its energy up and running. I’m not talking 56 big meals a day, though. I’m talking about eating smaller meals every 2 and a half to 3 hours. Start with breakfast, then a snack, then lunch, then another snack, then dinner, and then one final snack to end your eating day. Be sure to not overeat. Remember, there will be another meal waiting in a few hours. Secret #3 – Drink water or green tea
All of your drinks throughout the day should be a zero calorie drink. A healthy suggestion would be water and green tea. You need AT LEAST 8 cups of water a day. Water will keep you hydrated and keep your neurological system functioning to its full potential. All of your energy should come from food not liquids. Secret #4 – Hit the weights Weight training helps burn fat. Surprising? Well, the more muscle you have the more calories your body will burn at rest. Lean muscle requires more energy from the body to be maintained, so therefore your metabolism is increased and more calories are burned. And that doesn’t mean lifting light weights, either. Train with intensity and perform 1-3 sets of 6-12 reps (depending on your exercise experience).
