Silverware to Host Free Workflow Improvement Workshop

By Silverware, Inc. - David Thikoll
       Dated: Feb 24, 2010

Silverware is presenting process improvement expert Major Williams at a free workshop for business
leaders to gain insight into strategic thinking behind efficient processes and get strategies and tools to
       make their companies more competitive.

Phoenix, AZ, – February 24, 2010 – As the economy continues to improve, small and mid-sized businesses
should sharpen their business processes to reduce costs and maximize market opportunity while enhancing
their customer service. Silverware, a premier provider of business management software solutions, says
now is the time to get “leaner and meaner” and make sure your business processes are scalable and deliver
       a consistent competitive edge.

Silverware is teaming up with two other Arizona companies to host a free interactive event focused on
helping businesses take full advantage of an improving economy. The event, “Improving Workflow for a
New Economy” is also presented by ImageTag, Inc., developer of the KwikTag® document imaging
solution for Microsoft Dynamics and Kukura Business Solutions, a business process consultant for small
and mid-sized companies. The half-day workshop features thought-provoking exercises to help business
leaders identify and capitalize on what makes their product or services compelling for customers.

“When investing in technology,” according to event presenter and process guru Major Williams, “the best
place to start is with the underlying business processes.” He continues, “business processes are the engine
of a company. A poorly maintained engine will result in expensive reports and poor performance”. For
nearly two decades, Major has helped companies harness the power of streamlined processes, information
management and technology to improve performance and reduce operating costs. He also guides
companies from process improvement through implementation of enabling technology.

This free event will be held on Thursday, March 16th at the Microsoft Southwest District office in
Phoenix. Attendees will learn how to apply strategic thinking techniques to process improvement and will
leave with an action plan to optimize business processes to serve customers better, along with a tool to help
       them identify inefficiencies.

“Companies can quickly adopt Major’s proven strategies to increase the effectiveness of their business
processes. Silverware provides software solutions that drive implementation of the processes Major helps
companies optimize”, added David Thikoll, Silverware’s Director of Business Development.

At this event you will also see a demonstration of how software from Microsoft Dynamics NAV and
KwikTag helps companies automate and measure business processes in order to improve their performance.

Silverware’s Business Transformation event will be held Thursday, March 16th from 8:30 – 11:30, and is
open to all business leaders looking for practical ways to reduce costs and increase profitability and
customer satisfaction. You must register by March 9th. To register, call 480-423-8324 or go to and enter event code 14448.
