Dear Honorable Judge Strickland;
I, as millions across the globe are very concerned with the blatant misuse of the taxpayers
funds for this trial. Mr. J Baez knew going into this case as her defense attorney, Ms Anthony
had neither income nor means of income in the future . They have purposely made this trial
d rag on with frivolous motions and delays . They have used students to defray costs . If Mr.
Baez and Ms . Lyons have received monies from Ms Anthony, should it not still be her
responsibility to pay for private counsel?
If in fact she is declared indigent, please afford her the same privilege as ALL OTHER indigent
a ccused, a Public Defender. I know that they are saying it would take too long to get caught
up, but I have faith in the Public Defendera€TM s office! They are more competent than any
attorney on the Anthony case thus far.
Mr. Baez is not qualified to handle this case and should have been removed when the Dea th
Penalty was introduced . All his antics just show how incompetent he truly is .
Please Sir; considered the facts as you have been spot on in the past. We , the people , TRUST
YOU to do what is fair and just!
