 Position Requirement:

Responsibilities and Duties:
1.    Enhance the process capability through continuous line monitoring and ensure yield is

104. PER Engineering Assistant
Position Requirement:
1.    Diploma / ITC in Mechatronic / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
2.    1-2 years relevant experience preferably in building assembly test build components and
      systems.
3.    Knowledge of pneumatics control, PLC and precision assembly in cleanroom environment
      would be a great advantage.
4.    Initiative, independent & self-motivated.
5.    Be able to work with all level.
Position Responsibilities:
1.    Assist in replicate of tooling, manufacturing system or test equipment with released
      drawing.
2.    Assist in coordinate and liaise with vendors / suppliers / MLM/ MSP to ensure timely
      delivery of purchase / fabrication parts or turn key test build equipment meeting
      specifications, schedule, quality and cost objectives.
3.    Assist in implementation of project by coordinating with support groups and vendor to ensure
      project schedule is met at timely manner.

014. PEM Engineering Assistant
Position Requirement:
1. Diploma in ITC/NTC; Holder in Electrical/Electronics/Electro-Mechanical
Engineering.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Assist AEs on production equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and cost
   at all times
2. Assist AEs/SEAs on loading of new test and PLC software into all required test
   system as per PCN and ensuring proper back-up of latest revision software.
3. Set-up, troubleshooting, modification, qualification and transfer of new and old
   production equipment.
4. Root cause investigation and troubleshooting of faulty PCBAs and sub-system of
   production equipment.
5. Maintenance of equipment, tooling and fixture as required.
6. Maintain work area cleanliness.

Position Responsibilities:
 Repair and maintenance head stack assembly equipment, tooling and fixtures.
 Trouble-shoot and rectify yield problems if it is caused by equipment.
 Plan and organize the work for engineering assistants or senior engineering
    assistants.
 Plan and carry out the planned equipment preventive maintenance.
 Communicate with production supervisor on problematic equipment or the
    process is out of control.
 Generate and maintain HSA equipment maintenance documents.
 Highlight any unusual trends in head stack failures caused by equipment.
 Perform evaluation as requested by HSA process engineer.
 Must be competent in repairing all HSA equipment, and disk certifier in the head
    stack assembly.

Position Requirement:
 Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least one year experience or Diploma in
  Mechanical Engineering with 5 years or more relevant experience.
Position Responsibilities:
 Perform failure analysis of failed Micro-E Asymmetrical Positioner.
 Set up and sustain a maintenance system to support Servo Track Writer group for
   mechanical spare parts including Micro-E Asymmetrical Positioner.
 Coordinate with vendors and buyer on quotations for equipment spares requisition,
   securing maintenance services.
 Identify and resolve servo related issues to improve product yield.
 Provide solution to looper STW spindles that are related to mechanical parts.
 Be responsible to keep minimum spare inventory, provide recommendation of
   capital/expenses budget forecast.
 Generation and maintenance of documentation pertaining to maintenance or
   troblesshooting procedures of Servo Track Writer.
 Supervision of upgrading of Servo Track Writer spindles according to PCO

 Work with counterparts in MSP or MLM to resolve yield issues.
 Maintain proper documentation of any upgrade/modification statuses.
 Identify and communicate with MSP about any yield impacts related to STW
   code.

    section.
4. Responsible for keeping component or spares inventory to required level and
    recommendation of capital / expenses equipment or tools according to his
    sectional needs.
5. Generation and maintenance of documentation pertaining to maintenance or

Material Department

021. Buyer
Position Requirement:
1. A technical diploma/degree with 2 years working experience in material
     environment.
2. Knowledge of the SAP and MRP system with experience in Purchasing.
Position Responsibilities:
1. To liaise and expedite closely with MSP/Suppliers in term of purchasing activities
(include the knowhow of SAP P.O., monitoring buffer stock, RTV and etc ).
2. To ensure the right material is enter to MTS production line and escalate
issues/concerns if there is any.
3. To work closely and understand the Standard/Flagship cost setting in MTS system.
4. Physical inventory co-ordination.
5. Ensure timely implementation of EC at Suppliers and to the production process.
This include the support to Engineering on evaluation request.
6. IQA/Traffic/Receiving co-ordination of the purchase part including weekends.
7. Follow up on the Item Master update as and when there are changes.
8. Weekly Intake/inventory material compilation.
9. Provide scorecard input per the QBR process.
10. Perform miscellaneous assignments as and when it is required by Management

 To develop a support strategy for all key sole source Suppliers.
 To help negotiate pricing to be in-line with corporate cost projection.
 To lead the group of Procurement Engineer towards corporate objectives e.g
  (inventory/JIT goal).
 To monitor inventory exposure and minimise liability in the best interest of the
  company.
 To work with product Engineering, Quality Engineering and supplier's
  respresentatives to derive long term solution to resolve quality problem.
 To perform liaison between MSJ, MLM and MSP to clarify sourcing strategy
  before start-up.
 To manage supplers' capacity to meet start-up and mass production.
 To work closely with strategic commodity manager on all critical materials issues.
 To control VRT expenditures.
 To prepare weekly / monthly reports and other datas for management's review.
026. Senior PPC Planner
Position Requirement:
 Education
Diploma or Degree in any Discipline preferably in Materials, Logistics, Production
Planning and Control or Manufacturing.
 Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant managerial experience in Production Planning and
Control. Working knowledge of SAP and basic software skills like Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Word etc.
Position Responsibilities:
 Ensure that manufacturing is being scheduled accordingly to meet MPS Commits
    / Customers Demands.
 Manage and control WIP to desire level and continuous review of system to
    improve accuracy of WIP tracking.
 Ensure that the response to MPS Demands is done timely, factoring in factory
    capacities, materials availability and any other issues that might have an impact to
    the commit.
 Work with Procurement, Material Planning, Engineering and Production to
    minimise production linedown due to material delinquency or quality issues once
    the commit have been established.
 Lead and develop a strong team of senior planners and planners to meet the
    section's goal and objectives.
 Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Manufacturing Department

028. Production Supervisor
Position Requirement:
1. Diploma in Engineering / Management.
2. At least 2 years supervisory management experience in a high volume
   manufacturing environment.
3. Must possess good leadership and communication skills.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Maintain good DL attendance rate.
2. Achieve daily pack by TLAs.
3. Attain and maintain quality standards.
4. Implement and follow up on TPIs.
5. Oversee evaluation run.
6. Highlight line issues immediately like equipment breakdown, low yield, materials
    problem,
        human relations etc.
7. Ensure good housekeeping and safety of workplace.
8. Control and maintain inventory level according to goal set by management.
9. Perform audit on conformance to procedures, protocol and discipline.
10. Perform DLs and EAs appraisals biannually.
11. Communicate with the other 2 shifts on hilites, issues, activities and follow ups.
12. Shiftly briefing with line leaders on activities at BOS.
13. Weekly communication with oprs on quality awareness, productivity, and other
    information.
14. Communicate with oprs/leads/floats as and when there is immediate/urgent
    issues/information
        to attend to.
15. Shiftly update to related support group on shift activities.
16. Ensure and maintain inventory accuracy.
17. Control and reduce the indirect expenses and manufacturing supplies cost.
18. Liase with production planner on schedule change/pack recovery/excess TLAs.
19. Train (OJT)/retrain new/existing operators, monitor and follow up on their
    performance.
20. Look for opportunities to improve quality/productivity and reduce cost.
21. Perform operators counseling.
22. Interact with supporting departments to resolve issues/improve work.
23. Reduce DL turnover rate.

097. Production Manager
Position Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Science with at least 6 years of experience in
managerial position in a manufacturing environment.
Position Responsibilities:
1) Fulfill schedule commitment and quality requirement.
2) Co-ordinate with support departments to ensure timely delivery of services, materials,
equipment and information to function as a coordinated team in meeting common objectives.
3) Develop and implement transition plan with corporate staff on new product production system
and introduction to volume manufacturing.
4) Recruit and train personnel for volume production and quality performance.
5) Establish system and operating procedure to attain an efficient and cost effective manufacturing
operations.
6) Track and minimize work-in-process inventory and maintain Inventory accuracy.
7) Timely preparation and execution of production plan to ensure adequate   manufacturing
capability to meet longer term market product demand.

098. Manufacturing Planner
Position Requirement:
1. Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on issues relating to FGI pullback and rework drives.
2. Liaise with PPC on capacity loading and related matters affecting the line.
3. Coordinate with PPC on loading plan to minimise material change that will result
    in line disruption.
4. Monitor daily test inventory accuracy and highlight to production supervisor on
    any abnormality.
5. Reduce holding wip in production resulting from Evaluation.
6. Ensure pack reported by production tie in with PPC pack report to close weekly
    pack number.
7. Keep trace the spacer holder inventory by MPU.
