The PDF downloads only list bolt-on-shiny-things, not proper spares. "See catalogue for more details" isn't much use when I don't have one, and you don't seem to sell them. So I have to resort to an aftermarket parts catalogue to find the OEM part number, which isn't always given... Bit of a pain. more information about product/parts would make the site easier to use.pictures of products would also help. It would be nice if somehow you could sarch by part name. I believe that your site is the only one in the UK which enables me to order any part from the HD catalogue. I have not got my own catalogue as my local HD dealer (Sycamore) had run out when I went to collect one so being able to access the whole catalogue from your site was very useful. The catalogues you have for download does not cover the full range of parts you stock. For example, I have had to resort to other methods of getting the part numbers necessary for what I wish to purchase (for me, this was a rear speaker grille for an FLHTCU-I). You do have these parts in stock, but your catalogues do not list them. I find this particularly frustrating, but then I guess there are commercial pressures to sell goods and accessories that apply to new models (my bike is 1997 vintage). The new PDFs go out of focus & a bit hard to see the detail at 100% PDF's a great idea - have downloaded Sportster PDF and can look through at leisure. Good to see what you get before you buy. Your shopping basket orders two items as default, this has happened to me (cost me £60 which I did not receive after return of duplicate. Also happened to two friends. I will cdrtainly buy more from you. Very easy to use Searching by part number very usefull . I own 2 Harleys- 1998 1200 sportster and 1963 Duoglide. The parts search has been usefull when ive needed parts for the pan- alot of parts still available believe it or not. Also good for checking price of genuine harley against aftermarket. Not happy about the amount of time it's taking to recieve a battery that I ordered. Three weeks so far & no news yet of a delivery date. The money saved on not paying VAT has been more than lost on keeping my motorcycle insured & taxed whilst it's off the road. Summers here & I can't ride. Not happy )-: Could have a standard online function to calculate international shipping, at least for Europe. That way, any e-mail excange and waist of time would be avoid. I have used the service a couple of times and found that it works well and if you are in no hurry for the parts they are cheaper than you can get locally and the ordering proces is simple and easy I have also purchased items using OSP and found the servise very good I am coming to Guernsey early September.
