									Aaron Gideon - President
Aaron is President of AGEC Solutions LLC, a process engineering design and analytical company. Aaron resides in Alvin, Texas with 32 years experience in the Petrochemical, Petroleum and Specialty Chemicals industries having worked in plants as well as with engineering firms. His private business encompasses many of the processes involved with industrial plants. Integrated Gasification of Coal to Synthetic fuels (IGCS) developed by Aaron. Aaron has authored two books “Aaron’s Quick Calculations” and “Aaron’s Handbook for Chemical Engineers”, in six volumes.

MORRIS A. (TONY) VIVONA – Chief of Operations

Tony Vivona, P.E. has over 30 years of experience in chemical and environmental engineering. His diversified experience includes the investigation,planning, layout, design and construction of chemical and environmental projects with the focus on water and wastewater treatment , solid and hazardous wastes, distribution and collections systems, and air pollution. He has managed and operated his own engineering consulting firm and has extensive regulatory interface experience. In addition to teaching at 2 large universities (Rutgers University and University of Houston) , he has written over 50 articles and 2 books and was approached by the George W. Bush Transition team as a possible candidate for US EPA Director position (Presidential cabinet).

Phil Depalm – Chief of Engineering Phillip E. De Palm. PE has thirty-four years overall experience as a Chemical Engineer in the Process Engineering field. He has provided technical leadership and support to worldwide clients in the hydrocarbon processing, oil & gas production, oil refining, tar sands, heavy oil upgrading, coal gasification, GTL, synthetic fuels and the electric power generating industry. This includes organizing and leading process design activities, consulting, economic analyses, proposals, safety and environment analysis, HAZOP, training, teaching, technical audits and bilingual and cultural support on major capital projects and stand alone studies. He has worked in and participated in projects in the USA, Aruba, Netherlands Antilles, Venezuela, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina, Vietnam, France and Taiwan. He has worked on projects for major clients in the oil refining and the oil & gas production industry such as Esso Aruba, Amoco, Charter Oil, Phillips, Aramco, ADNOC, Nigerian National Oil Company, Iraq National Oil Company, Texaco, Texas Eastern, Shell Canada, Kuwait Oil Company, PDVSA, BP, Ecopetrol, PEMEX, ANCAP, YPF Argentina, BF Goodrich, Marathon Syria, Coastal States, DUKE ENERGY, ENRON, Williams Energy, Vietross, Conoco Pennzoil, KERR McGEE, CPC Taiwan, UNION CARBIDE, Exxon Production Company, Exxon Refining, Louis & Dreyfus and TOTAL France. He is a Professional Engineer and Consultant in the State of Texas with a Patent awarded to him. Denny Gideon – Chief of Projects

Denny Gideon is a successful construction project manager of multiple types of projects for the past 20 years. He also owns Gideon Construction Co. Inc. that has completed projects all over the United States such projects as Hilton Hotels, banks, shopping centers, schools, and buildings in Monsanto Chocolate Bayou Plant. Denny also is a license General Contractor in several states and has over 35 years of construction experience. Denny brings a vast knowledge of construction experience and will be an asset in the building of the coal gasification plant in Illinois. Denny attended Texas A&M University, Alvin Community College and Alvin High School.

Richard A. Wagner – Chief of Contracts Site & Transportation Richard Wagner worked his way through Texas A & M University, gaining valuable hands-on experience as a craftsman, foreman, and a superintendent in machine shops and shipyards. He also worked with offshore construction, land and submarine pipelines, as well as waterfront work with dredging, pile driving and blasting. He graduated with a BS degree in Civil and Structural Engineering in 1963. He continued graduate studies at A & M in Ocean, Coastal, Environmental and Sanitary Engineering. Previously he had earned a BS degree in Biology and Chemistry at Lamar University in 1956. Wagner is a consultant on both domestic and international levels. Clients include various governments, World Bank, Inter-American Bank, and the U.S. Navy; also, engineering and construction companies, predominately for the petroleum, offshore and marine transportation industries. He currently heads R. Wagner & Associates, Inc., specializing in project management, forensic and expert witness studies, appraisal and audit of complete pipeline systems. Specialities are cost

controls, construction and material specifications, contact documentation and market studies. Born in Bridgeport, Nebraska, in 1928, Wagner attended several military schools before joining the U.S. Navy in 1947. He completed 7 years in UDT before joining a Navy Reserve Sea-bee Unit and retired from the USNR in 1984. He belongs to the National and Texas Societies of Professional Engineers, the Society of American Military Engineers, the American Association of Cost Engineers and the American Welding Society. Wagner is married, and enjoys scuba diving, photography, sailing, fishing and writing.

Walter Macmahon – Financial Consultant Walter brings years of financial experience to AGEC where he has served as Chief Accountant, Chief Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer of several corporate entities. Walter began his career in Geology studying at Harvard University then attended the Wharton School of Business.

Elton Festari – Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Elton serves as an advisor on advanced solutions for E-Standards and Business workload reduction. Elton Festari has worked in the computer sales and consulting industry for over ten years. Now focused primarily on server and networking equipment, he has served as Director of Channel Sales at Terian Solutions LLC, a small IT firm located in Houston, TX which he helped start. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Houston Honors College, and an MBA from the Bauer college of Business at U of H.

Duong Banh Chemical Engineer with advanced degree and strong background in process design and production engineering. Over fifteeen years of plant experience related to continuous and batch processes. Strong background on photosensitive chemicals, aromatics, and fine chemicals. Innovative problem solver with strategic vision and agility. Extensive experience in engineering design, distillation column, fluid control equipment, reactors and waste water treatment. Performed several evaluations regarding municipality infrastructure problems pertaining to water and wastewater treatment and solid waste management. Mr. Banh was the author of “Using Inclined Cascade Aeration to Strip Chlorinated VOC’s from Drinking Water” (American Water Works Association Journal, May 1992).

Frank J. Doyle, P.E. Consulting Mechanical Engineer Frank Doyle has broad professional experiences in the application of his Mechanical Engineer, and an MS (Heat Power and Thermodynamics) Degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology. He has applied his technical talents in the last 20+ years to the analysis, troubleshooting and maintenance of rotating equipment – compressors, turbines, and pumps - installed in industrial air separation plants. He has worked with many of the world’s leading compressor manufacturers to resolve mechanical issues. He has prepared equipment specification for major air separation facilities. His management experience includes Supervision, Project Engineering and Project Management of equipment repairs and system upgrades. Equipment sizes ranged to 25,000 hp, both electric and steam drives. He has written Excel programs that provide “real time” analysis of compressor / process systems by importing data from the process control computer. Additionally, he has some 20 years experience including: design of (-90°F) freezer for bio-specimen preservation, design and

engineered refrigerator foaming fixtures. He participated in the development of a “200 T/D refuse to combustible fuel gas” prototype pyrolysis system. He was a Flight Test Engineer –USAF – at Edwards AFB, and Instructor of Mechanical Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology,– at the undergraduate level. He has had 8 week teaching assignments teaching Chemistry to high school juniors.

Al Baxter, PE, PMP Al Baxter is a Project/ Program Engineer/ Manager with multi-discipline design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance hands-on experience. He has had professional engineering registrations from New Jersey since 1972 and Texas since 1977. Al has designed, specified, managed, directed, commissioned, operated, and maintained a multitude of industrial plant, infrastructure, process, and utilities projects and programs as well as numerous public and private sector healthcare, institutional, and commercial projects and programs. Al can point to major accomplishments in capital, operational cost reduction, and reliability improvement projects and programs. He also has had notable successes in organizational development projects and programs including full P/L and cash flow responsibility.
