PAID TIME OFF
Overview: Salaried, full-time, non-union employees are entitled to accrued paid vacation time based on your tenure, five (5) paid sick days and seven (7) paid holidays.
Guidelines: • Vacation accrual is as follows for non-union salaried employees: 1. 1st year of employment: employment start date from Jan. 1st to June 30th: earn 5 vacation days by Dec. 31st. Employment start date from July 1st to Dec. 31st: earn 3 days vacation by Dec 31st 2. 2nd year (beginning Jan 1st): earn 0.84 vacation days per month. 3. 3rd year: earn 0.92 days per month 4. 4th year: earn 1 day per month 5. 5th year: earn 1.09 days per month 6. 6th year: earn 1.17 days per month 7. 7th year: earn 1.25 days per month 8. 8th year: earn 1.34 days per month 9. 9th year earn 1.42 days per month 10. 10th year: earn 1.5 days per month 11. 11th year: earn 1.59 days per month 12. 12th year and above: earn 1.67 days per month • A maximum of 5 vacation days in excess of the days accrued in the previous year may be carried forward to the next year r any year thereafter. • Five (5) sick days per year. • Sick days are for use during times of illness only. • Paid holidays: New Years Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Day after Christmas
