    •      Please complete all forms in BLOCK CAPITALS and black ink.                                           •     Team kits can be obtained from Ffigar Sports or the Don
    •      Please use one box per player                                                                        •     Teams can not be mixed sexes
    •      A squad consists of 12 players                                                                       •     The tournament officials and organiser’s decisions will be final.
    •      Only 12 players can be registered per squad                                                          •     The tournament will consist of 4 divisions, (places are limited and will be

                                                                          Soccer Sevens Rules of the Game
