The winner of the monthly prize draw will be able to choose from
one of following options:

Customers must fill in Name and Contact details to be eligible for
the draw.

The prize may be redeemed at either Dronfield Sports Centre,
Eckington Swimming Pool or Sharley Park leisure Centre.


All prizes are transferable to friends and family.
