You incorporate your own business in Panama, which will own your showroom. Incorporation costs as little as $1,000.00. You open your business in PIMM and hire 2-4 Panamanian employees to manage it under your supervision, you apply for a visitor or investor's visa, and freely travel to Panama. You show only samples, not full inventory, in your showroom and take orders from international buyers. Your orders will be shipped directly from the country of origin to the final destination and you only do the billing. Your profit will not be taxable because the merchandise sold will not enter Panamanian territory.
