Items not taken from residential properties:
   •    Cast iron baths
   •    Boilers
   •    Asbestos
   •    Rubble / Builders Waste / Soil / Concrete Posts
   •    Grand Pianos / Large Organs
   •    Trailers
   •    Motorbike or car parts (inc batteries)
   •    Vehicles (exemption for bicycles)
   •    Double Garage Doors
   •    Plasterboard
   •    Paint / Chemicals
   •    Oil (motor oil and cooking oil)
   •    Fluorescent Tubes
   •    Sheet Glass
   •    Anything that cannot be handled by a maximum of two people.

Things to note for items we will take:
   • One dining set (1 table and 4 chairs) counts as 2 items. Each additional chair or table to
      be collected counts as an additional 1 item.
   • One 3 piece suite counts as three items. Each additional chair or sofa counts as one
      additional item.
   • One bed (consisting of base or frame, mattress & headboard) counts as one item. No
      more than three beds will be taken per collection.
   • No items are to be longer than 6ft (vehicle not big enough otherwise).
   • Sheds and Greenhouses are collected, based on the hourly collection rate.
   •  Upright pianos only collected, based on the hourly collection rate.

Garden Waste:
  • Charges for the collection of all loose garden waste is calculated based on the hourly
     rate (following formal agreement from the Operation’s Team Supervising Inspector).
  • If the garden waste is bagged, up to twenty bags (standard refuse bag
     size) of garden waste can be collected. This would count as six items.
     (Bags must be light enough to lift).

Items not taken from commercial premises:
   • Fridges
   • Freezers
   • Asbestos
   • Plasterboard
   • Paint
   • Computer Monitors
   • Fluorescent tubes
