We are inviting you to take time out from your busy kitchen to enjoy a Fine
Dining tasting menu, with matching wines and a little foodie theatre by the
Executive Chef, Chris Wheeler at this renowned venue. Learn the philosophy
behind each carefully prepared dish and how the flavours blend. Plenty of time
for networking with likeminded chefs and Q&A with the kitchen team.

To take part in this wonderful event you must be a CHEF employed within
Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure Industry.

We request a one off payment of only *£35.00 to secure your place. Please
note project specific paperwork will need to be completed to ensure that your
business is eligible. Please complete the enclosed application form and return
with payment to the address below. Book early to avoid disappointment as
places are limited.

Eligibility
This master class is at the subsidised rate of £35.00 per CHEF*.
This event is available to any CHEF employed in Tourism, Hospitality & Leisure Industry.
* The usual cost of this event is £125.00 per person
