									                       Financial Management System (FMS) II


DESCRIPTION: The course covers the more advanced topics of FMS research
techniques, researching and resolving payroll rejects and TDY travel problems and
solutions. Exploring accounts receivables, Treasury Offset Program (TOP), and
processing negative PV 03 transactions. Issues relating to the Financial indicator report
will be discussed along with resolutions for common F911 macro problems. The class
will end with an annual close discussion.

This class is recommended for Fiscal Staff with at least two years experience.

OBJECTIVE: The objective of this course is to provide the participants with
knowledge of more advanced concepts and procedures related to FMS and VA
accounting.
