GENERAL CORPORATION, INC.
ARTICLE I - PURPOSE
The corporation is organized for the purposes as set out in its Articles of Incorporation
which have been filed in the Office of the Secretary of State, (Address).
ARTICLE II - OFFICES
The corporation may have such offices as the Board of directors may require. The
initial office shall be located at (Address).
ARTICLE III - SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders shall consist of all owners of stock in the corporation.
ARTICLE IV - MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS
1. ANNUAL MEETINGS. Annual meetings shall be held on the fourth Saturday

determine the place of the meetings, and may change the time and date of the meetings as
