CRFC prides itself on its excellent catering facilities and elegant Rectory Room.
Whether you are looking for a venue for a drinks and canapés reception, a five-
course banquet or a company training day with a light lunch, we can fill all your
requirements.

                             THE RECTORY ROOM




                                                        The Rectory Room is located
                                                        on the first floor of the club
                                                        house.

                                                        With    a  light   and   airy
                                                        ambience, the Rectory Room
                                                        has its own well-stocked bar
                                                        and private veranda with
                                                        stunning views over the
                                                        surrounding countryside.




For large parties, there is ample
car parking available.

                                     MARQUEE

                                                       We have an area to the rear of
                                                       the club house selected for its
                                                       privacy and picturesque views.
                                                       This area is ideal for your
                                                       event catering for up to 200
                                                       guests.

                                                       Should you wish CRFC to
                                                       organise the marquee we can
                                                       supply a quotation from a
                                                       reputable contractor who can
                                                       also     arrange for  lavatory
                                                       facilities.




CRFC     will   provide the
catering should you wish or
we are happy for you to
bring in your own external
caterers. We do, however,
ask that CRFC provides the
bar.   We have ample car
parking.      Ring the Club
House Manager to discuss
your requirements.

Most equipment can be catered for upon request. Please contact the Club House
Manager for more information.

  • Herb crusted fillet of salmon, wilted spinach and a lemon
     butter sauce

              Meetings and events Terms and conditions


It is important that you read the terms and conditions of booking at the
Chinnor Rugby Club. Verbal or written confirmation will be taken as
acceptance of our quoted charges and terms.

Use of the club

   •   Use of the Club is by permission of the Club Manager who reserves the
       right to refuse any booking at their discretion.


Payment

   •   The client is responsible for all charges incurred during the event.

   •   A 10% deposit of estimated costs will be required on confirmation of the
       booking.

   •   40% of the total estimated cost will be payable at least one calendar
       month prior to the event.

   •   Full payment of the balance will be required not less than two weeks prior
       to the event.

Cancellations

   •   Should you find it necessary to cancel your function, the following
       cancellation charges will apply. The Club will make every effort to re-let
       the space in order to reduce any cancellation charges.

          -    Within 3 months of the function date – no charge
          -    Within 1 month of the function date – all deposits will be forfeit.
          -    Within 7 working days of the function date – 100% the estimated
               total cost of the function.


Catering numbers

   •   All inclusive prices quoted are for a specific number of guests. The Club
       reserves the right to increase the price per head when numbers change.

   •   We require guaranteed numbers for each event 4 working days prior.
       Failure to inform the Club in writing on that date will result in the original
       estimate or actual numbers attending, whichever is the higher, being
       charged.


Additional costs

   •   In the event of any damage occurring to the fixtures, furnishings or
       fittings of the Club or in the event of extra costs being incurred by the
       Club for cleaning, these will be passed on to the Client in a final invoice.
