SECRETARIES: your Preliminary Entries must be sent to the BRC Office
by Friday 12th June 2009.
RULES
THE COURSE REQUIRES A FIT HORSE
*All CLASSES run under British Riding Clubs rules 2009 with which riders must
familiarise themselves.
* Medical Armbands: ALL riders in ALL classes MUST wear a medical armband which
must correspond to the rider wearing it. issued by and available from British Riding
Clubs at Stoneleigh. NO rider will be allowed to compete without one.
*A BETA standard 3 body protector must be worn
*All mounted persons must wear a riding hat with harness fastened at all times to a
minimum recommended standard of EN1384 or PAS 015.
*A silk is compulsory with a skull cap.	™
*Eauine Influenza: All AREA 21 HORSES MUST be accompanied by a valid and up
to date 'flu certificate. The name of the horse must be on the certif icate. It is the
\
competitors responsibility for having the correct dates on the vaccination
certificate. PLEASE WOULD ALL SECRETARY'S CHECK THE FLU VACS ARE
CORRECT BEFORE SENDING THEM.
*Closina date for entries: Friday 22nd June 2009. No late entries accepted.
A photocopy of the flu certificate for each horse MUST be sent with official entries.

Health and Safety	-
NO HORSE/PONY TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED TIED TO ANY VEHICLE AT ANY
TIME
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health
and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be
effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents and must
obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

Directions:
From Fishouard : A40 Fishguard to Haverfordwest. From large roundabout
after Fishguard take second turning on right for St.Davids. 100 yards from
A40, turn leftalongside pink house and carry on up hill. Keep on road and go
under railway bridge. Trecoed halfway up hill after railway bridge on left
hand side with concrete block entrance. Follow road down to parking.
From Haverfodwest •• A40 Haverfordwest to Fishguard. Go through village of
Scleddau and take turning left for St.Davids. 100 yards from A40, turn left
alongside pink house and carry on up hill. Keep on road and go under railway
bridge. Trecoed halfway up hill after railway bridge on left hand side with
concrete block entrance. Follow road down to parking.
