This is an agreement between Marion Chaney-Frausto and Lorene C. Anderson regarding the rental of Lorene's home at: 1806 Wildwood Pass Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80921. Monthly Rental Payment $750.00 Due and Payable on the first (1st) of each month. This is a seven (7) month contract beginning August 1, 2007, ending February 29, 2008, between Marion Chaney-Frausto and Lorene C. Anderson. If any accidental personal damage occurs (beyond normal ware) while Marion resides at above address, cost of repair will be Marion's responsibility. (Lorene will have already verifed any previous damage prior to Marion's occupancy). However, the monthly rent and utilities pertaining to the last month of occupancy will be Marion Chaney-Frausto's sole responsibility. Lorene Anderson, owner of residence, reserves the right to cancel this contract with Marion Chaney-Frausto should rental or utility payments not be paid, or paid in a timely manor with a 30- day advance notice. However, back rent and utility payments will still be the sole responsibility of Marion Chaney-Frausto. Note: This is an addendum to the agreement of March 4 2007, between Marion Chaney-Frausto and Lorene C. Wagner (before Lorene's name change to Anderson on May 19, 2007).
