Our trademark searches and monitoring include all trademarks registered for protection in Switzerland – i.e., Swiss trademarks and international trademarks with extended protection for Switzerland. International trademarks without extension for Switzerland may also be included in the search report at no extra cost if the appropriate box on the order form is ticked.

Delivery times 4 hours: Within 4 working hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. One-day: Same day as long as the order is received before 9:30 a.m., otherwise, within 24 hours (workdays). Expedited: 2 to 3 workdays. Standard: 5 to 7 workdays. Reports are sent as a PDF attachment per e-mail. Delivery can be made within Switzerland via postal service for an additional CHF 10.00 (see request form). An additional one to two workdays must be expected for delivery.

Trademark Monitoring
Over the period of one year you’ll be informed monthly of any newly registered or changed trademarks and trademark applications for marks which could be considered similar or identical to yours. The reports are generally sent as a Word attachment per e-mail, or, if requested, they can be sent per post for an extra charge of CHF 60.00 per year. The first monitoring report will be sent 3 workdays after the request has been received at the latest. Automated monitoring report: Relevant trademarks are searched via our automated search software and sent to you without evaluation by our search experts. Prepared monitoring report: Our search experts evaluate the results of the automated search. Any trademarks clearly posing no danger of confusion to your mark are eliminated from the list. The report you receive is clear and easy to interpret.

– All prices are per trademark or owner search and do not include the 7.6 % VAT. – Our trademark searches and monitoring cover all applications for registration and registered trademarks in the Swiss trademark register as well as the International Register (international trademarks) according to the Madrid Agreement (MMA SR 0.232.112.3) and the Madrid Protocol (MMP SR 0.232.112.4). – The searches are based on the international Nice Classification of Goods and Services. This list can be found at www.ipi.ch or ordered directly from us.
