I request the Bank to debit any and all amounts from the Account for payment of the debt and/or any obligations to Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the “Company”) in the amounts as notified by means of the Computer Media and/or Diskette/Tape and/or any other electronic means received by the Bank from the Company and credit any such amount to the Company’s deposit account. 2. If it later appears that the amount notified by the Company to the Bank as shown in the Computer Media and/or Diskette/Tape and/or any other electronic means is incorrect or there has been any error and the Bank has already debited such amount so notified, I agree to demand and claim such amount directly from the Company and agree to waive all my rights to claim or take any legal action against the Bank for reimbursement of such amount, and in the event the Bank suffers any loss or damage as a result of the Bank’s performance in accordance with this Letter of Consent, I shall unconditionally make full compensation to the Bank. 3. I further acknowledge that the Bank will debit any amount from the Account where there is sufficient amount in the Account. However, I agree that in the event the Bank has credited the Company’s deposit account in the amount exceeding the balance in the Account for any reason whatsoever, the Bank shall be deemed to have made such payment for and on my behalf and I agree to fully reimburse the Bank for the amount in excess of the said balance together with an interest at the maximum rate then applicable to the Bank’s customers as may be amended from time to time by the Bank, without the Bank having to give notice of any such change. 4. I also waive any notice of such debit because I will be informed of all details from passbook/statement of the Bank or invoice/receipt to be sent to me by the Company.

5. In case the number of the Account has been changed for whatever reason, this Letter of Consent shall remain in effect in all respects with regard to the Account with the new number. 6. This Letter of Consent shall be effective as from the date hereof and shall continue to be in effect until the Bank and the Company have received a one month prior written notice from me.
