Madam This is a letter of thanks and appreciation to the whole staff, doctors and medical superintendent of the Newcastle Provincial Hospital. I, Das Chetty, on behalf of my immediate family, relatives and also Mr Dennis Naidoo's family, express my gratitude of appreciation towards the Superintendent, nursing staff, general assistants, Dr Pillay and Dr Buthelezi for, all the dedication and effort they have shown towards the late Mrs Govindamah Naidoo's medical care and hospitality. As a fellow human being, I am fully aware that the above-mentioned hospital team tried their level best to prevent the late Mrs Naidoo from the ultimate sentence passed by God, that was death on Tuesday August 30. . . Mr Das Chetty
