In my pro se court filings, I demonstatrated irrefutably that the claimed "close out" figure was impossible and grossly inflated. PP could not provide any proof for their claim (i.e. no contract, no credit card statement, no chain of custody, nothing) and simply asserted that their SELF GENERATED computer records were sufficient evidence. The court was either incapable of understanding math evidence or they are corrupt. They denied my request for a trial and entered summary judgment against me for the entire, grossly inflated amount. Essentially, the court rewarded PP for making a fraudulent claim."
