Ladies & Gentlemen, Please accept this letter as a formal notification that I am leaving my position as Traffic Manager with Wabash Alloys, LLC on August 3, 2007. I want to thank each of you that I have been privileged to work with during my tenure here at Wabash Alloys. I have very much enjoyed our working relationship and will miss doing business with all of you. I have a new opportunity in my professional career with Toyota Logistics Services located at the Subaru Indiana Automotive manufacturing facility in Lafayette, IN. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Dwayne Quackenbush as my replacement.
