In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act of New Jersey, adequate notice
of this meeting was provided on December 13, 2006 by sending written notices
to the Echoes Sentinel and Courier News, posting on the Bulletin Board in the
Municipal Building and filing with the Township Clerk.

This meeting is to be taped for broadcast on the Access Channel and everyone
is required to comply with the policies and procedures governing access
programming for the Access Channel. No mention of political affiliation or
political advertising shall take place at this meeting or it will be deleted from any
rebroadcast of the meeting.

NEW BUSINESS:

       ORDINANCE 07-01 (by title for first reading)
       AN ORDINANCE RELEASING, EXTINGUISHING AND VACATING
       THE RIGHTS OF THE PUBLIC IN A PORTION OF A STREET
       (CUL-DE-SAC) KNOWN AS OVERLOOK DRIVE, AND CONSOLIDATING
       THE VACATED PORTION WITH THE ADJACENT PROPERTY
       IDENTIFIED AS LOT 29 IN BLOCK 85 ON THE TAX MAP OF THE
        TOWNSHIP OF WARREN

       EXPLANATION: This Ordinance vacates all of Warren Township’s right,
       title and interest in a portion of the Overlook Drive cul-de-sac, due to the
       extension of Overlook Drive, and as a result of the vacation, title to the
       vacated portion shall revert to the owners of the adjacent property
       identified as Lot 29 in Block 85 on the Tax Map of the Township of
       Warren, and the vacated portion shall merge and consolidate with the
       adjacent property.

       ORDINANCE NO. 07-02 (by title for first reading)
       AN ORDINANCE RELEASING, EXTINGUISHING AND VACATING

     EXPLANATION: This Ordinance vacates all of Warren Township’s right,
     title and interest in a portion of the Summerhill Drive cul-de-sac, due to the
     extension of Summerhill Drive, and as a result of the vacation, title to the
     vacated portion shall revert to the owners of the adjacent property
     identified as Lot 33.01 in Block 85 on the Tax Map of the Township of
     Warren, and the vacated portion shall merge and consolidate with the
     adjacent property.

     ORDINANCE NO. 07-03 (by title for first reading)
     AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL
     ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WARREN, CHAPTER 15
     ENTITLED “LAND USE PROCEDURES AND DEVELOPMENT”
     TO ADD NEW SECTIONS 15-12.2(d), 15-12.3(b)(3)(i), AND 15-
     12.3(b)(2).

     EXPLANATION: This Ordinance adopts provisions consistent with the
     New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s requirements
     regarding Threatened and Endangered Species protection. It implements
     requirements for a Threatened and Endangered Species Analysis for new
     development in environmentally sensitive zones.
