made by anyone in respect of any accident arising out of the use of the said standing.

        • A separate application form is required for each piece of equipment.
        • The completed application must be returned by 31 May 2009. Late applications will not be
           considered.
        • Please use yellow Vehicle Permit Application for Car Permits, Lighting Sets and Living
           Vans.
        • A valid third party public liability insurance to cover the period of the fair must
           accompany this application.
