RENTAL AGREEMENT - WEEK TO WEEK This agreement, entered into this____ day of _______, 20___ by and between_____________________and____________________ hereinafter called respectively Lessor and Lessee. WITNESSETH; That for and in consideration of the payment of the rents and the performance of the covenants contained on the part of the Lessee, said Lessor does hereby demise and let unto the Lessee, and Lessee hires from Lessor for use as a residence those certain premises described as __________________located at _____________________________ for a tenancy from week-to-week commencing on the __day of __________, 20___ to the __day of ________, 20___, at a weekly rental of _____________ dollars per week, for a total rental of ______________________, payable in advance on the first day of occupancy. It is further mutually agreed between the parties as follows: 1. Lessee shall not violate any city ordinance or state law in or about the premises. 2. Lessee shall not sub-let the premises, or any part thereof, or assign this agreement without the written consent of the Lessor. 3. Lessee, in case of fire or theft, shall give immediate notice thereof to the Lessor or agent of same. 4. Lessee must not make any alterations or improvements to said premises, without written consent of Lessor. 5. If legal action takes place or must be instituted by Lessor, Lessee agrees to pay all costs, expenses and to pay all attorney's fees, as the court may affix. CHECK IN TIME____________ CHECK OUT TIME___________ DATE________________ DATE________________ Cooking utensils and kitchen equipment are (not) furnished. Linens and bedding are, are not, furnished. A $_______ deposit in advance is required to reserve each week. This deposit is not refundable. A $________ cleaning deposit is required at the time of check-in.
