           Wheatley Rugby club
Mini rugby is a great way for children to have
fun, make friends, keep fit and learn to play in
a team. If your child would like to learn to
play then come along to Wheatley Rugby Club.

Years 1,2 & 3 are coached in tag rugby: ball
handling, passing and the principles of the
game without physical contact.

At Year 4 additional skills including tackling
are coached and more elements of the game
are introduced progressively to the age of 12.

Wheatley Rugby club is a small and friendly
club. It is committed to fair play, respect for
other players and above all providing an
environment for the children to enjoy
themselves learning new skills, playing together
                       and making new friends.

Sunday mornings from 10.30 to 12.00,
September to April. We meet at Holton
Playing Fields, opposite Wheatley Park School.
