CIC Members, Diplomates and prospective Members in many countries around the World can send
their Fees and other payments quickly and easily “direct” to the College in Britain through Western
Union via certain commercial banks, postbanks or postal banks, finance houses, or other businesses
which act as Western Union ‘Agents’.

To find out whether you can make Western Union Money Transfers to the College from your country
and, if so, the location of the nearest Western Union Agent, check with your bank or post office, or
local telephone directory, or visit website: www.westernunion.com

The College in Britain must receive the money in United States Dollars (US$) OR British Pounds
(£) but for convenience you may pay to the Western Union Agent in the ‘national’ currency of the
country in which you live. The Western Union Agent in your area will tell you how much in your
national currency you need to pay to send the amount in US Dollars or Pounds which you want the
College in Britain to receive. (e.g. US$350 or £170 - and remember to ADD the amount recommended
for registered airmail despatch!)

                      MONEY TRANSFERS THROUGH WESTERN UNION
   Payment transfers may be made to the College in Britain by Western Union ‘QUICK PAY’
Service direct to the College’s Western Union Account and will be received by the College within 24/
48 hours! A special LOW RATE is charged by Western Union to CIC Members who use the “Quick
Pay” Service.

   ALWAYS use the ‘QUICK PAY’ Service if it is available in your area.

   Alternatively, and only if the “Quick Pay” Service is not available in your area, your payment
transfers may be made to the College by the Western Union ‘WILL CALL’ Service; transfers can take
up to 14/21 days to be collected by the College.

                      MONEY TRANSFERS THROUGH WESTERN UNION

                    ‘QUICK PAY’ - the BEST and QUICKEST Service to use
To use this Service you will have to complete a Western Union Quick Pay ‘SEND’ form; first you
have to state the amount of money (in both words and figures) you want to send to the College in
Jersey, Britain. Then complete the rest of the form in this way, depending on whether you want the
College to receive United States Dollars OR British Pounds:-

Transfers in US Dollars (US$) are to be made to Account No. AUI000187
In the space for Company Name write SERVICES TO MANAGEMENT
In the space for Company Code or Locale write STOM,UI
Transfers in British Pounds (£) are to be made to Account No. AUK040697
In the space for Company Name write SERVICES TO MANAGEMENT
In the space for Company Code or Locale write SMCOLLEGE,UK

  Do NOT address Quick Pay transfers to Cambridge International College.
  You will also have to write on the form your own FULL NAME and your FULL ADDRESS, and often
  your TELEPHONE NUMBER - write CLEARLY.
  RECOMMENDATION: receive your despatch by registered post by adding £10 or US$20.
  It usually takes at least 24 hours (and longer if there is a Saturday and/or a Sunday or Public
  Holiday) for us to receive confirmation from Western Union that your Quick Pay transfer has been
  credited to our account. So please be PATIENT, and do NOT make premature enquiries.

                     ‘WILL CALL’ - use ONLY if ‘Quick Pay’ is not available
If the Western Union Agent in your area does not offer the ‘Quick Pay’ Service, you may use this
Service. You will have to complete a Western Union Will Call “SEND” form, in this way:

   In the space for destination write JERSEY, BRITAIN
   In the two spaces for amount write in words and in figures the AMOUNT OF MONEY you want
   to send to the College in Jersey, Britain
   In the space for Receiver’s first names write DAVID STEPHEN STEPHEN
   In the space for Receiver’s last name write LAWSON

You will also have to write on the form your own FULL NAME and your FULL ADDRESS, and often
your TELEPHONE NUMBER - write CLEARLY.

   NEVER use a ‘Password’ or a ‘Test Question’. They cause DELAYS, and sometimes even
   result in our FAILURE to collect payments at all!

   It might take 7/14 days for Mr Lawson to be able to collect a Will Call transfer after we have
   received FULL details of it from you at the College. Do please be PATIENT, and do NOT make
   premature enquiries

                               NOTIFYING THE COLLEGE
YOU MUST TELL THE COLLEGE AT ONCE that you have made a Western Union money transfer.
Western Union will NOT tell us that - we have to CLAIM the money from the Western Union Agent
in Jersey, Britain, within 45 days from transfer date. So, IMMEDIATELY after you have made a
money transfer, tell us (by fax, email or post) each of these pieces of information:-

   The DATE on which the transfer was made
   The AMOUNT of money you transferred
   The 10-digit MONEY TRANSFER CONTROL NUMBER
   Whether the Transfer was made by ‘Quick Pay’ OR by ‘Will Call’
   The NAME OF THE RECEIVER
   Your FULL NAME (exactly as you wrote it on the Western Union form)
   Your FULL ADDRESS (exactly as you wrote it on the Western Union form)
   Your CIC REFERENCE (see your Enrolment Form) or MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
   The PURPOSE of the payment (e.g. the Title of the Course or Program you want to study)

Whether you use “Quick Pay” or “Will Call”, as soon as the transaction has been completed you
MUST send a copy of the Western Union receipt issued to you to CIC in Jersey, Britain. Make
sure that the copy receipt bears a 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number, which is clear and
easy to read. Send the copy receipt - TOGETHER with the completed Payment Form you will find
on the next page - to CIC by airmail or fax to + 44 1534 485485, or scan and email it to
WU@cambridgetraining.com

If you are enrolling as a new CIC Member or if you are a former CIC Member re-enrolling for further
CIC Studies and Training, ALSO airmail or fax or scan and email your Enrolment Form to the
College, TOGETHER with the completed Payment Form.

Notes:

      If somebody else paid the money to Western Union to transfer on your behalf, you MUST tell
      us that person’s FULL NAME and FULL ADDRESS exactly as he or she wrote them on the
      Western Union form.
