     PROJECT MANAGER FOR NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY - CLAIMS SOLUTION                                Jul 2007 – Present
     Directed project replacing legacy communication infrastructure component of an N-tier client based Claims
     handling software with an install base of over 8000 domestic users. Concurrently managed the complete project life
     cycle (PLC) of infrastructure project utilizing propritary project methodology.
     • Directed 35 IT developers, testers, QA, Transmittal and business partners to design and develop the solution to
         reduce large footprint, resource intensive communication platform (MQ Series Server) with a light weight
         alternative (Lotus Expeditor Micro Broker.)
     • Managed the project budget in excess of $600,000 and saving the client $4 Million over the next 6 years.
     • Worked with 3rd party vendor (IBM) to introduce, incorporate and customize a new development and
         communication platform into the client application to change its base communication platform.

     delivering on-time company-critical Payroll and HR systems.

     over $2 million annually in services. The software was developed in Visual Basic on a .NET 2.0 framework,
     Windows 2003/2000 server with backend SQL Server databases and customized to meet client requirements.
