Business Application Manager /Web Development Manager (Since 2004)
    Management of over 60 different enterprise applications supporting North America. Management activities include
    strategy development, contracts negotiations, vendor relations, system integration, customer support, problem
    solving and application development with a staff of 6 System Administrators and 20 indirect reports.

               Developed, executed and lead a strategic plan to consolidate IT systems for both the US and Canada
                that included the consolidation of email, imaging, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and
                voice systems saving the organization over 1 million dollars.
               Creation of paperless office environment through the deployment of an enterprise document imaging
                environment saving over 1 million dollars in document storage and retrieval costs.

    Management of all web and application development for public internet, employee intranet and extranets with a
    staff of 8 web developers, contractors (on and offshore) and creative services indirect reports and agencies.

               Selected and implemented a 1.5 million dollar BEA Weblogic Enterprise Portal for 4,000 independent
                retailers integrating various backend systems including ERP, data warehouse and imaging systems

Retail Systems Manager (2001 – 2003)
    Management of Retail System Application Environment for over 100 company owned retailers spread across North
    America.
            Selected and implemented a 6.5 million dollar Tomax-Oracle web based retail system for 100 plus
             company owned stores. Project includes Oracle Applications including FI (General Ledger), CO (Cost
             Accounting), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), MM (Materials Management), Tomax
             Store Operations, and Oracle HR (Human Resources) and Oracle Payroll. Implementation included
             Customer Service and custom built custom color tracking service for a customer centric order
             processing system.
            Developed training plans and materials to support project team training and end-user training utilizing
             various training medias.
            Project Manager for Retail project consolidating 20 different systems into one central retail ERP
             environment providing visibility to the entire organization in real time.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (2000-2001)
    Responsible for curriculum development, staffing, budgeting, and overall profita bility and delivery of the course
    materials specifically in areas of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), FICO (General
    Ledger/ Cost Accounting), CRM (Customer Relationship Management, and BI (Business Intelligence).
             Responsible for rolling out the SAP CRM application knowledge in North America and charged with
                training other consultants and instructors throughout the world.
             Developed SAP01 (global introductory course) as one of the first XML based courses to replace the
                global SAP20 Introduction to SAP course adding over 5 million dollars in additional revenue.
