Business Application Manager /Web Development Manager (Since 2004)
    Management of over 60 different enterprise applications supporting North America. Management activities include
    strategy development, contracts negotiations, vendor relations, system integration, customer support, problem
    solving and application development with a staff of 6 System Administrators and 20 indirect reports.

               Developed, executed and lead a strategic plan to consolidate IT systems for both the US and Canada
                that included the consolidation of email, imaging, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and
                voice systems saving the organization over 1 million dollars.
               Creation of paperless office environment through the deployment of an enterprise document imaging

                consolidation of hosting and development of new web services for cross application development

    Management of Retail System Application Environment for over 100 company owned retailers spread across North
            Selected and implemented a 6.5 million dollar Tomax-Oracle web based retail system for 100 plus
             company owned stores. Project includes Oracle Applications including FI (General Ledger), CO (Cost
             Accounting), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), MM (Materials Management), Tomax
             Store Operations, and Oracle HR (Human Resources) and Oracle Payroll. Implementation included
             Customer Service and custom built custom color tracking service for a customer centric order
             processing system.
            Developed training plans and materials to support project team training and end-user training utilizing
             various training medias.
            Project Manager for Retail project consolidating 20 different systems into one central retail ERP
             environment providing visibility to the entire organization in real time.

    Responsible for curriculum development, staffing, budgeting, and overall profita bility and delivery of the course
    materials specifically in areas of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), FICO (General

             Responsible for rolling out the SAP CRM application knowledge in North America and charged with
