Driver’s License Reinstatement Payment
The Secretary of State’s office offers several convenient methods to pay reinstatement fees for driver’s license suspension:
• Personal checks or money orders may be mailed to the Secretary of State. Mailing instructions are on the back of your
Notice of Suspension.
• Cash payments may be made at one of the Driver Services facilities listed on the back of this notice.
• Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express may be made by mailing your credit card information to the
Springfield office using the form below. Only Discover, MasterCard or American Express cards may be used at the
facilities indicated.
• Payment also may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express by calling the Springfield office. Credit card
transactions take a minimum of three to five business days for processing. Debit cards are not accepted.

Reinstatement Fee Credit Card Payment
Once a credit card account has been verified to ensure it is valid and in good standing, the account will immediately
be charged the amount owed to the Secretary of State, plus a minimal convenience fee.
