Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing 725plus.com for all of your credit restoration
needs. Please read all of the information carefully.


Service Agreement

A. This is an agreement between 725plus.com and the client as
signed below. We will attempt the removal of all errors,
misrepresentations, outdated, or unverified information on the
credit reports provided to us by the client. We do not offer debt
consolidation, or make any payments on behalf of the client. This is
strictly for credit restoration.

B. The client understands that each investigative challenge will take
at least 30-40 days. By law, you may only dispute or request
validation of one account at a time. Disputing more than one item will
result in a “flagged” account, which means your credit profile will be
flagged for possible fraud. 725plus.com. always acts in the best
interest of each client.

C. The Client understands that he or she should forward all
correspondence (credit reports, letters, etc.) to 725plus.com as soon
as possible after receiving. Do not send anything back to the different
reporting agencies. If you have not received any credit reports or
correspondence within 40 days from the return of this agreement,
then the Client shall notify 725plus.com promptly. The Client
understands that he or she should receive such reports every 40 to
45 days as work is performed and that all credit reports or letters
must be sent to 725plus.com immediately. Failure to do so
may prolong the term of this contract. Please notify 725plus.com of
any changes in your mailing address or status.
D. The Client understands that by law, 725plus.com cannot offer any
promises or guarantees as to the outcome or length of time to
achieve results. However, if the Client is in full compliance with the
terms in paragraph (C) of this
agreement, then the Client will be entitled to the following: If there is
no improvement to the Client's credit reports within three (3)
investigative challenges, or 6 calendar months, the Client will receive
a full refund of their fees.

E. The Client understands that due to the nature of this service,
725plus.com, our select staff may view your file for providing accurate
service. We understand the importance of your privacy and
725plus.com agrees to take measures to limit the access to
such information accordingly.

F. By law, 725plus.com, is required to
provide each client with the following (4) documents:

1. A “Limited Power of Attorney” form that is used only for credit
restoration purposes.

2. The “Consumer Credit File Rights” under state and federal laws

3. The clients “Right to Cancel form”

4. 725plus.com Warranty terms and conditions form
