   3 Signal Bars

The signal bar on the Digital Phone is one of our unique factors in ensuring a great Connect call experience.
Our voice call quality is entirely dependent on the network quality of your network service provider as well as
the type of Internet connection you’re currently using.

The signal bars indicate the type of call quality the user is likely to experience:

    • Green: Great call experience
    • Amber: A risky call experience
    • Red: A bad call experience
