  “Most Improved Awards – featured at Robinson Barracks School”
  General Snodgrass will be presenting his first “Most Improved Awards” to Robinson Barracks
  students in Grades 6-8 this semester. This US Africa Command educational partnership effort is
  a COS initiative. “Being Successful” is the message that General Snodgrass motivated the
  students early in the year, to improve their grades by one letter. He will be making awards at
  the schools February celebration.
