                                                                                Quality Enhancement Initiative (QEI):  Assists providers in achieving and 
                                                                                sustaining accreditation through the National Association for Education 
                                                                                of Young Children.  In 2009, 38 child care centers and 44 home 
                                                                                providers serving over 2,000 children, enrolled in QEI in Oklahoma.

                                                                                The Link Project:  Provides services to assure children reach their full 
                                                                                developmental potential. From birth to age 6, hearing, vision, speech, 
                                                                                social and emotional screenings and follow­up care are provided.  

                                                                                Resource and Referral Program (R&R):  In 2008, referred over 72,000
                                                                                provider contacts to over 2,700 families in Oklahoma.
