HealthMedia’s Unique, Online Behavior Change Interventions Offered to Consumers on
                               New Health Platform

       ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Oct. 4, 2007 — HealthMedia, Inc., the global leader in

scalable behavior change interventions with outcomes for health and wellness, disease

management, medication compliance, and behavioral health today announced support for

HealthVault, Microsoft Corp.’s newly launched consumer health platform, to provide

consumers with the ability to search, store and connect their health information,

simplifying management of their health and wellness.

       Through HealthMedia’s MySelfHelp.com website, the world’s premier consumer

site for online self-help programs and tools, visitors to HealthVault will have access to a

family of highly interactive, easy-to-use programs featuring user-customizable exercises

and resources designed to speed recovery and promote well being. MySelfHelp.com

programs offered on HealthVault will include: depression, stress, insomnia, eating

disorders (binge eating and bulimia), grief, self-esteem, compulsive shopping, guilt,

caring for loved ones and HIV/depression. The programs were developed in part through

grants from the National Institute of Mental Health. Initial outcome studies have shown

significant, positive results for individuals using the depression, insomnia, and eating

disorder programs, and larger studies are currently in process as well ..
