3 Way Goal Setting Conferences March 2010

You and your child are invited to arrange a time with your child’s teacher to discuss the Goal Setting form and to set some learning goals for the first half of
the year.

The Goal Setting form will come home on the 8th of March. This should be filled out and returned to school by the 12th March at the latest please.

Conferences of 20 minutes each will be held at school on :

       16th and 17th of March from 1.30pm-5pm and 6pm-8pm
       18th March from 3.30pm-5pm

The purpose of the conference is to discuss sections 1 and 2 of the Goal Setting Form, and to complete section 3, recording goals for the first six months at

Bookings for conferences will be made on-line this year. We are continuing our drive into the electronic age!

Please go to and enter our school code XE6YK. Click GO, enter your name, email address, the number of children you are
booking, children’s names then press GO. Follow the on screen instructions from there.
If you do not have access to a computer, we have one available at school in the office which you can use. The Office staff, Mr Morrall, Ms Swanson or Mr

On the 9th of March the majority of our teachers will attend a paid union meeting which they are entitled to attend as part of their Collective

possible please. Children not collected will be supervised by non-union and other non teaching school staff for the afternoon. You support here in collecting
children would be appreciated. Thank you.

A BIG to parents from Mrs Tucker. The new termly accounts system is running very smoothly and payments are pouring in. Families
are paying in a variety of ways: cash, internet banking, cheque or eftpos.

Also thank you to all parents who have taken the time to return their updated personal details and pupil information sheets. It is essential that we have up to date
information so that we can act appropriately in the event of an emergency. Please return your form if you haven’t yet done so.
