2010 and require only your signature on the Institutional Facilities
Reservation Form and be submitted to the Special Events Office.
Events not listed on the MDCC Calendar must be submitted to the
Special Events Office by completing the institutional Facilities Reservation
Form with all the required signatures of Chair and Vice-President.
