CITIBANK US CREDIT CARDS, Jacksonville, Florida, 2000 to 2003
Art Director – User Experience

Developed highly complex and multi-functional web pages/modules and email marketing for a credit card
acquisition and customer servicing website. Responsible for working with respective business units and project
teams to develop and maintain UI designs for web projects of varying complexity and size according to best
practices. Managed and directed in-house freelance artists and recruited illustrators/photographers as needed.
Worked with IT Director to ensure functionality. Facilitated meetings to identify best practices and navigational
strategies. Created wireframes and site maps to determine best UI.
Key Accomplishments:
       Contributed to #1 Gomez rating for overall customer satisfaction for two consecutive years by playing a
        key role in the formation and execution of several large-scale projects.
       Participated in strategic web planning to ensure site generated the most hits and that it would provide the
        best user experience.
