Communications Specialist - EveryBuilder (one position available)
The Communications Specialist will develop a coordinated, cohesive and comprehensive internal
communications strategy across diverse functions and cultivate contacts with the news media
and write and develop materials to support its communications program. Duties include writing
news releases, planning events and developing other strategies to raise the profile of the
association and its work; pitching and arranging interviews and rapidly responding to media
inquiries; developing, writing and editing communications materials such as fact sheets, Web
pages and blog entries; graphics design and newsletter design, developing and coordinating
content for social media tools; developing talking points and conducting background research;
managing media database and tracking activities.

Communication Specialist will provide leadership to a cross-divisional team. The strategy will
include responsibility for planning and coordinating various corporate-wide staff meetings and
other information sharing sessions. Communications Specialist will also work closely with the
Web Development Department to expand the use of web-enabled delivery channels and other
innovative communication mechanisms. Additionally, the Communications Specialist will be
responsible for producing, maintaining and managing the content and design of the internal
website and clients’ websites of EveryBuilder and contributing relevant content to the websites.
Communications Specialist will lead the Marketing and Customer Relations Team in creating and
executing effective internal and external communications policies.

Additional Qualifications:
    The incumbent must be able to effectively implement a communication strategy within a
        fast growing organizational structure.
    The position requires the ability to translate broad-based goals into action and content
        with minimal direction.
    The incumbent requires excellent writing skills; strong grammar and editing skills; and an
        understanding of online behavior and web usability best practices.
    Experience with video, graphics and social networking strategies are highly desired.
        An understanding of HTML and experience in using a content management system is
        preferred.
    The incumbent requires a bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, advertising,
        communications or other related field; and requires four years of experience in editing for
        the web with increasing levels of responsibility.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate, and a strong customer service
        orientation are required.
    The incumbent must have the ability to work well with business owners and managers of
        content across various organizational levels.
    Experience in information and media services, is a plus.

Marketing Associate – EveryBuilder (one position available)
The Marketing Associate will develop an acute understanding of our prospectus and the
business, industry, customers, challenges, opportunities, and key processes of EveryBuilder. The
Marketing Associate will work with our team to develop innovative, actionable marketing
strategies that help EveryBuilder acquire and retain customers more effectively. This is an
excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about strategy and marketing.
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for tasks and deliverables that are integral to a
marketing strategy project. Following are some examples of project elements to which the
Marketing Associate will contribute significantly: Consumer insights generation, Competitive
analyses, Market analyses, Customer acquisition/retention strategy development and tactical
planning, Positioning development, Project deliverables development, Meeting agendas, Contact

1. Coordinates and executes all advertising and direct marketing promotional activities including

New Business Coordinator - EveryBuilder (one position available)
The Business Development Department is responsible for merchandising the company’s
capabilities and experience to attract new clients. It also manages and coordinates the pitch
process within the agency to secure new accounts. The New Business Coordinator plays
important roles in all three areas of the business development process – prospecting, RFP and
pitch.

1. Prospecting (25%)


           Tracks and reports business, marketing and advertising activity of key prospects and
            industries such as healthcare, retail, technology and financial services for trends and
            key indicators that may represent new business opportunities for the agency.
           Maintains and updates database of prospective clients including contact information,
            agency relationships, contact history and future activities.
           Manages direct marketing initiatives to prospective clients including letters and e-
            mail.
           Opens new job numbers as opportunities are identified with prospective clients.
           Maintains status reports and updates the new business tracker on a weekly basis.


2. Request for Proposal (RFP) (25%)

           Maintains library of RFP responses and frequently asked questions.
           Manages administrative function with new RFPs including opening jobs, faxing Non-
            Disclosure agreements, etc.
           Works with New Business Associate to fill in standard RFP questions and determine
            what new content is necessary.
           Works with New Business Associate to package, execute and deliver RFPs based on
            client and agency specifications.

3. Pitch (50%) - Works with New Business Associate to manage the pitch process:

           Researching prospect’s company, industry and competitive set
           Writing pitch briefs
           Creating and managing pitch schedule.
           Tracking and managing strategic and creative deliverables.
           Documenting and routing notes from internal meetings.
           Ensuring presentation deliverables and all associated materials and technologies are
            completed and secured.

Customer Relations Associate - EveryBuilder (multiple position available)
EveryBuilder, a leading web services company, seeks an experienced customer service
professional to assist its customers at customers’ offices throughout Liberia. One customer
relations associate will be assigned to several locations.

Customer Relations Associates will work with each customer in the role of a “on-site support
assistant” and assist the customer from start to finish of web project experience with
EveryBuilder. The Customer Relations Assistant will work as part of a Customer Support Team to
ensure that customers receive appropriate support and effective post-delivery customer service,
including follow-up communications and information about web services. This position reports to
the Communications Specialist.

The position is a consulting, part-time, on-call position.

Responsibilities

       Develop a creative and functional Customer Relations Plan based on the customers
        experience with the web.
       Guide the customer in sending files to EveryBuilder, answer customer questions and
        provide recommendation;
       Data entry of customer orders and completion of forms necessary to ensure that
        customer orders are prepared for delivery and communicate delivery schedule to
        customers;
       Work with the Customer Support Team to ensure that quality-assurance and follow-up
        communications are completed with customers (Customer Support Plan) such as, follow-
        up email/telephone and correspondence and providing referrals to community resources
        and support services;
       Perform routine administrative responsibilities to include scheduling appointments,
        conducting customer satisfaction surveys, maintaining files, mail, email, and telephone;
       Attend meetings and trainings as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
     Experience working in customer service, information technology business setting
     High School Diploma
     Ability to use computer software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Email,
      Internet
     Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
     Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful, etc.)

IT Associate I (one position available)
EveryBuilder seeks an entry-level IT Associate to be responsible for computer systems of the
company. The IT Associate
     Suggesting Laptops and Desktops and other systems to purchase or lease
     Troubleshoot PC/Laptop and printer hardware and software problems;
     Install hardware and software applications onto PCs/ Laptop;
     Assist in the setup of client PCs/ Laptop and printers on the network;

company. Logistic Associate must have a good understanding of the road and area mappings of
Liberia and other ECOWAS nations. Other responsibilities are as follows:

       Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
       Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
       Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing
        specifications are met.
       Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
       Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving
        equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks.
       Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
       Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
