									Having trouble logging into Qnet Portal, iSchedule and iReport?

An issue has been raised with the IT team that some services are unable to be
accessed outside of school (e.g. Qnet Portal).

To address this issue you will need to type in queensbridge\ followed by your
username and this will then allow you access.

For example (Name: John Smith with username Johnsm)

For John to successfully login he would need to type the following:

queensbridge\johnsm followed by his password.
