TRAJECTORY WORKSHEET The information below is needed to provide you with a probable golf ball trajectory for your new range or placed over your existing range. This sheet must be filled out entirely so an accurate plot can be done. (1) Please sketch your proposed range layout (include dimensions for a. the width @ the tee line, b. the width at the back of the range, c. the width @ the middle of the range and d. the length @ each side). Note: If the drawing below does not fit your site or if your range has many angles, please sketch your range on the back of this form. (2) Do you have a double tee structure YES / NO ? If yes, what is the floor height of the uppermost level? _______________. (3) What is your location elevation (i.e. feet above sea level)? _______________. (4) Do you have a prevalent wind on your site? If so, what direction (i.e. left to right, back to front, front to back etc…) ____________________________________________________________________________ What average speed would you estimate that wind to be? _______________(mph). (5) What liabilities are you most concerned about protecting? Please be as detailed as you can in your description. (i.e. a school bus-yard on the left side about 120 yards down range). _________________________________________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________________________________________________ (6) If you have a grading plan please attach it so we can accommodate pole heights with ground elevations. Otherwise we will assume to property is flat. If you don’t have a grading plan but you have a known grade concern please detail it below (i.e. the property slopes upwards approx. 50’ from the front to the back) __________________________________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________________________________
