IFLR Asia Private Equity Forum 2008
                   Regal Hong Kong Hotel, Hong Kong, September 16th, 2008

IFLR’s inaugural Asia Private Equity Forum is the first event for legal practitioners involved with
private equity. The one-day forum will include the most recognised in-house and private practice
figures, examining and debating the hottest topics.

With private equity developing rapidly in Asia, counsel need to keep up with the changes affecting
the industry. All feature here. The changing terms of acquisition financing and the rise of the private
deal are both covered in the pre-IPO financing panel, while panellists will speak candidly about
lessons learnt from failed bids in the war stories session.

Elsewhere the forum will cover private equity and investment banking conflicts as well as sessions
dedicated to China and India, tackling the legal obstacles in the region’s most lucrative markets.

Who should attend this conference?
This conference is a must for private practice lawyers, in-house counsel within investment banks and
private equity funds.
