Microbiology Worksheet 2.0 Requirements Specification 2.1 Purpose The purpose of the Microbiology Worksheet is to provide a means to manually record data while in the field or performing laboratory bench work. 2.2 Parameters & User Interface requirements

2.6.5 Issues 2.6.5.1 At the time the prototype and specification were developed the standards associated with the form were not complete. The worksheet relies heavily on associated standard terms. The worksheet specification has been based upon the information available at the time. Please verify with the Sample Focus Group the standard terms which should be included on the worksheet prior to developing. CGI has indicated that panels cannot be embedded within panels, but they have indicated that we will have the ability to embed tests in order to satisfy microbiology functional requirements. The Sample Focus Group has not seen the screens that allow this functionality. The way this requirement is handled may change this worksheet. Please contact the Sample Focus Group prior to developing this worksheet so this issue can be resolved. Defining the min/max values for the different levels of sensitivity doesn't appear to have been provided on the test definition screen. Would it be possible to provide an institutionally defined template to be associated with how an institution would want to record sensitivity results on the worksheet. Discuss this issue with the Sample Focus Group prior to developing worksheet.
