                          REAL ESTATE

        BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE issued out of the Honorable
416th DISTRICT COURT of Collin County Texas, on the 14th                             day of
June,      A.D.   2006,      in    the     case     of    CITY    OF    McKINNEY/COLLIN
COUNTY/COLLIN          COUNTY     CCD/McKINNEY      INDEPENDENT        SCHOOL     DISTRICT
VS. PATRICIA LEAK AND TRESSA LEAK, ET AL in Cause No. 416-2893-
05   and    directed      and     delivered    to    me    as    Constable      of   Collin
County Texas, I have levied upon this 16th day of June A.D.
2006, and will, as near as possible to 11:30 o’clock A.M. on the
first Tuesday in AUGUST A.D. 2006, it being the 1st day of said
month, at the eastside Courthouse door of Collin County, Texas,
proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for
cash in hand, all the right, title, and interest which the said
PATRICIA LEAK AND TRESSA LEAK, ET AL had on the 16th day of June
A.D.    2006,     or    at   any    time    thereafter,         of,    in   and   to,    the
following described real property, to-wit:

             BEING LOT 1 & 2, BLOCK 3, DITTO & HEIGHT #01
             ADDITION OF THE CITY OF McKINNEY, COLLIN COUNTY,
             TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN VOL. 3535, PAGE 473, OF
             THE COLLIN COUNTY DEED RECORDS.

Said property is levied upon as the property of PATRICIA LEAK
AND TRESSA LEAK, ET AL and will be sold to satisfy a judgment
rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 11th
day of April, A.D. 2006, in favor of CITY OF McKINNEY/COLLIN
COUNTY/COLLIN          COUNTY     CCD/McKINNEY      INDEPENDENT        SCHOOL     DISTRICT
and against the said PATRICIA LEAK AND TRESSA LEAK, ET AL for
the sum of $7,118.16 Dollars principal, and the further sum of
$4,263.07     Dollars        costs,   and     further     cost    of    executing       this
writ.
        WITNESS MY HAND THIS 16th day of June A.D. 2006.
